Easy Cookies and Cream Icing
(Buttercream Icing)
You will need :
6 Henro Classic Choc-chip cookies
250 g Stork baking margarine (at room temperature)
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
Optional: 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions:
Sift icing sugar in a medium size bowl and set aside
Whisk baking margarine until pale yellow.
Add icing sugar in 3 parts, mixing in between additions
(Optional) add milk for additional smoothness
Finely chop/crush cookies
Fold into icing until fully combined.
Use buttercream icing to decorate cake or cupcakes.
