Ginger Biscuit Chocolate Fudge Slices:
1 and half a box henro ginger cookies (break them roughly up)
500gram Icing sugar
half cup cocoa
1 slightly beaten egg
Melt butter in a pot. Take off and add icing sugar and cocoa and stir then add egg and stir till smooth then add Henro Ginger cookies and fold in. Pour over into a well-greased bowl pat down with spatula then put in the fridge to cool. Serve with ice cream of choice or just like that as a sweet tooth! Recipe by Lucille De Klerk
